Good2u Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the full terms governing the use of the good2u platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the good2u platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and good2u ("Platform"). Use of this platform is subject to the laws applicable in Malaysia. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any services offered by good2u.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at good2u. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or at any point thereafter may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. good2u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the good2u support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a good2u user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the good2u platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other means to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Disclosing another user's personal information without their consent.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or unlawful through any communication channel on the platform.
Good2u reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, against any user found to be in breach of any of the rules set out above.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the good2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported payment methods including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-Wallet, GrabPay, and other local methods listed in the account payment section.
Successful deposits will be credited to your good2u account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. good2u is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or e-Wallet providers.
Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification processes that good2u may require from time to time. Users must ensure that the bank account or e-Wallet details registered are accurate and in the same name as the good2u account holder. good2u reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal request that does not meet the required verification criteria.
Any attempt to process transactions through unauthorised payment methods or to use another party's financial information without their consent is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
Good2u provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time that are beyond our control, and good2u will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such disruptions.
Under no circumstances shall good2u's total liability to any user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the claim. good2u is not responsible for the outcomes of any bets or games placed by users, as all such decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion.
Account Suspension & Closure
Good2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The user has registered multiple accounts or provided false registration information.
- There is suspicious activity, fraud, or system manipulation detected on the account.
- The user is involved in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- A request from a relevant Malaysian legal authority.
In cases of suspension due to a terms violation, any funds in the account may be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms no breach has occurred, the eligible funds will be returned to the user.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the good2u platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software — is the intellectual property of good2u or of parties that have licensed its use to good2u. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any of this content without prior written consent from good2u.
The good2u platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. good2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
Amendments & Governing Law
Good2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the Terms.
Your continued use of the good2u platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
